Hello there!

My name is Annabelle Cangy. I am a Meta-Coach based in Melbourne.

For much of my life, I believed I knew myself.

Then I experienced coaching.

What began as an attempt to address recurring nightmares became something far more significant. At the time, my sleep was frequently interrupted by my young son during the night, and I was also experiencing vivid dreams about losing my parents. I couldn't change the fact that my son needed me, but I wondered whether there was something I could do about the nightmares.

What I discovered surprised me.

Through coaching, I began to understand that many of the thoughts, emotions, and behaviours shaping my experience were driven by patterns operating outside my awareness. I realised there were influences, assumptions, and motivations at work that I had never fully recognised.

More importantly, I discovered that change was possible.

I had assumed things about myself like my personality were fixed. Instead, I found that behaviour could change. Attitudes could change. Even aspects of personality that seemed permanent could evolve.

That discovery filled me with a sense of amazement. Not because I had found answers, but because I had discovered possibilities I did not know existed.

Today, that same belief guides my work as a coach.

I believe that people are often far more resourceful than they realise. The answers they seek are frequently closer than they appear, hidden behind assumptions, habits, and patterns that have gone unquestioned for years.

My role is not to tell people who they should become. It is to help them see more clearly, uncover new possibilities, and discover the resources that may already be within them.

Because when insight emerges, change becomes possible.
